The holiday season is here, and what better way to celebrate than with a festive cocktail that brings a touch of summer into your winter festivities? Introducing the CRISPmas Martini, a delightful twist on the popular Hillstone Crisp Martini, perfect for your holiday gatherings.

Ingredients:
3 oz Gin (Empress recommended)
2 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St Germain suggested)
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1-2 oz White Cranberry Juice (adjust to taste)
1/2 oz Cranberry Ginger Simple Syrup (recipe below)
1 oz Sauvignon Blanc (to top each drink)
Fresh mint and cranberry for garnish
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, cranberry juice, and simple syrup.
Add ice, shake well, and strain into two chilled Nick and Nora glasses, leaving room at the top.
Top with Sauvignon Blanc.
Garnish with fresh mint and a cranberry.
Cranberry & Ginger Simple Syrup Recipe:
Combine 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup granulated sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.
Add 1/4 cup fresh cranberries, 1/2 tablespoon fresh grated ginger, and a small orange peel.
Remove from heat once sugar is dissolved and let sit for 20 minutes.
Strain out the fruit using a mesh strainer.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 weeks.
