In honor of the US Open currently happening in New York and the scorching 90-degree weather, I've decided to put a refreshing spin on the classic US Open cocktail, the Honey Deuce. Introducing the Frozen Honey Deuce!

This drink is incredibly refreshing and delicious, perfect for cooling off during these hot days. My version incorporates Pink Lemonade and a touch of honey to enhance the sweetness—after all, honey is in the name!
Frozen Honey Deuce
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/4 oz honey
4 oz Pink Lemonade
1/2 oz Chambord (Raspberry liqueur)
Handful of ice
1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional for a better frozen texture)
3 Honeydew Melon balls
Directions:
In a blender, combine vodka, honey, lemonade, and a handful of ice. If you prefer a smoother texture, add the xanthan gum.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a highball glass.
Top your drink with Chambord.
Garnish with 3 honeydew melon balls that resemble tennis balls.
