Plum Hugo Spritz
Ingredients:
1/2 oz St-Germain (Elderflower Liqueur)
1/2 oz Plum Simple Syrup
4 oz Prosecco
Splash of soda water (lime, lemon, or plain)
Fresh mint for garnish
Plum slices
Dehydrated lime wheel
Directions:
In a goblet wine glass, combine the elderflower liqueur, plum simple syrup, and prosecco.
Add ice and stir gently to blend the flavors.

Plum Simple Syrup
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 Plum Sliced
Directions: Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add in your apple slices and cinnamon. Let sit for 30 mins and then strain out the apples and cinnamon sticks. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for 2 weeks.
