Is it just me or does pumpkin flavoring never get old during the fall? I can't get enough! I work from home and don't always have time to run down the street to get a Starbucks so I wanted to make my own pumpkin cream cold foam to take my hot or iced coffee up a fall level! So let's get our barista vibes on....
Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam Recipe:
This recipe serves about 2-3 people, depending on your pour. Here's everything you'll need:
3 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons regular milk
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons agave
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg
Method In a mixing glass, add all your ingredients and with a hand mixer, give it a good froth for at least 30 seconds. Grab your coffee and get to pouring! A little goes a long way, so I wouldn't do a heavy pour. Once you've poured out your deserved amount, give it a good stir. The foam will keep about 3 days in the fridge. Always stir or froth before using. Best enjoyed over a fall brunch! Experiment with Your Coffee Now that you have the recipe for this creamy, delicious pumpkin cold foam, why not experiment with it? Imagine adding it to an espresso martini! The pumpkin flavor will surely enhance the coffee notes in the cocktail, making it a perfect beverage for a cozy fall evening.
So, should we try this on an espresso martini next?
