As Halloween approaches, it's time to embrace the spooky vibes and what better way to do that than with a ghoulishly delightful cocktail? Inspired by the eerie film "The Exorcist," this creative concoction brings the essence of the infamous split pea soup to your glass in the form of a spicy matcha margarita.

Split Pea Soup
Ingredients:
2 oz Tequila
1 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Agave
2-3 Jalapeno Slices (adjust for spice level)
1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
Splash of Seltzer Water (lemon-lime or plain)
Jalapeno Slice (seeds removed)
Agave & Black Salt for Rim
Dehydrated Lime for Garnish
5-7 Peas for Garnish
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, triple sec, agave, matcha powder, and jalapeno slices.
Add ice and shake well.
Prepare a rocks glass by painting agave on the rim and dipping it in black salt.
Add fresh ice to the glass and double strain the mixture into it.
Top with a splash of seltzer water and stir gently.
Garnish with a jalapeno slice, dehydrated lime wheel, and an odd number of peas (5-7).
