A PERFECT GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS

As the year winds down, the festive season kicks into high gear with celebrations, family gatherings, and an ambiance filled with joy and happiness. It's almost December, and I'm gradually transforming my home bar cart to reflect the Christmas spirit. One of the first things I do is alter my simple syrup flavors and infused liquors. Today, I'm sharing with you a unique and delightful recipe that can serve as an excellent gift for the holiday season: Candy Cane Infused Vodka.

The Magic of Peppermint Infusion This concoction is a peppermint-infused vodka made using candy canes. If you're looking for a gift idea for the 21+ crowd, this one's a standout! It's fun, festive, and adds a touch of creativity to the classic cocktail mix. Plus, it's an excellent way to use those leftover candy canes from your Christmas tree decorations.

Candy Cane Infused Vodka 🍬

- 8 ounce Mason Jar

- 6 mini candy canes

- 7oz Vodka (I used Titos)

Method:

In your mason jar, add your candy canes, then pour in your vodka, seal very well with the mason jar lid, give it a shake and store in your fridge for 5 days! The candy canes will dissolve but do still strain before you're ready to consume! You can use a cheesecloth and/or metal strainer. Sealed well, this can last up to 6 months in the fridge. Best enjoyed in a peppermint flavored espresso martini or a spiked hot chocolate!

Not only is candy cane infused vodka a great addition to your home bar, but it also makes for an excellent Christmas gift. Its unique flavor and festive spirit make it a thoughtful and personal present that is sure to be appreciated by anyone who enjoys a good cocktail. Plus, the process of making it is fun and rewarding, adding a personal touch to your gift that can't be bought in stores.

So, as I finish off preparing my holiday-themed home bar and savor the first sips of my candy cane-infused vodka, I truly start to feel the Christmas spirit setting in. Here's to a season filled with joy, warmth, and delicious cocktails! Cheers
