I've got my EYE on this spooky cocktail 👻 I took my variation on the cocktail Caribbean Water and added some festive garnish! CaribBOOean Water

- 1 oz Midori - 1.5 oz Rum - 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice - 0.5 oz fresh lime juice - .0.75 oz simple syrup - splash of coconut seltzer - #garnish with limes, blackberries and a googly eye In a cocktail shaker, add your Midori, rum, lemon, lime and simple syrup. Shake well over ice. In a rocks glass with fresh out, pour out your cocktail shaker components (leaving room for your coconut water).
