Let me espresso☕ this idea to you...the espresso martini meets the root beer float!


Espresso Float

- 2 ounces fresh espresso (I used instant)

- 1 oz @kahlua

- 0.5 oz half and half

- 0.5 oz Liquor 43

- 0.5 oz simple syrup (I used my homemade)

- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (I love @halotopcreamery vanilla)

- Garnish with fresh mint

- Shake all ingredients (minus the ice cream) over ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with your ice cream and garnish! Enjoy 🍨☕


This is a perfect dessert cocktail for your next dinner party!
