Let's make an Espresso Pumpkin-tini 🤎

- 1.5 oz Vodka

- 1 oz espresso

- 1 oz Bailey's

- 1 1/2 scoop pumpkin ice cream

- Cinnamon sugar for the rim

- Cinnamon stick

- Chilled coupe glass

In a cocktail shaker, add your vodka, espresso and Bailey's. Add ice and shake vigorsly. Rim the glass with an orange slice and dip into cinnamon sugar. Pour out your espresso mixture into a chilled coupe glass. Add your pumpkin ice and get ready for the perfect boozy dessert! The best part is while the pumpkin ice cream melts, your drink only gets better!
