FRENCH BLONDE (FOOTBALL EDITION)

The big game is this Sunday so we have to have a signature cocktail for our festivities. I've heard Taylor Swift's favorite cocktail is The French Blonde so why not do a French blonde, but make it Kansas City Chiefs approved?! (I guess the color could work for 49ers fans as well!) This cocktail is so delicious and perfect to pair with your Football themed snacks! My team isn't playing so I'm here for the drinks and the dips!

French Blonde (Football Edition)

Here's what you'll need:

• 1 oz @empress1908gin Rose Gin

• 3/4 oz St- Germain Liqueur

• 1/2 Lillet Blanc

• 2 oz Grapefruit Juice

• 1 dash lemon bitters

• 1/4 oz Grenadine (this is optional but it helps the drink get closer to the color we want) - but it does make it sweeter

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, add your Empress Rose Gin, your St Germain, Lillet Blanc and Grapefruit juice (strain in). Add in your lemon bitters and your optional grenadine. Add ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and of course some festive football decor!

This cocktail is best enjoyed while watching the big game this Sunday! So whether you're a fan of the Chiefs, the 49ers, or just here for the drinks and snacks like me, you're sure to find this French Blonde (Chiefs Edition) to be the perfect accompaniment to the game.
