Love on the Rocks
Ingredients:
2 oz Pink Whitney
3.5 oz Fresh squeeze grapefruit juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
Soda Water (plain or lemon)
Rock Candy Garnish
Directions:
In the glass of your choice, add in your pink Whitney, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup. Give it a good stir. Next, add in your ice and top with soda water (leaving room at the top for the rock candy). Garnish with rock candy and add a little bit more soda water if need be. The rock candy will dissolve in the drink it make it sweeter, so if you don't wish to let the rock candy dissolve in the drink, I recommend 1/2 oz of simple syrup instead of 1/4. This cocktail is best enjoyed watching your favorite rom-com on a Friday night.
