On Fridays we drink Espresso Martinis, so in honor of Friday, let's do another variation on one of my favorite cocktails! Taking a quick break from spooky cocktails to share another fall inspired beverage that will make you feel like you are living your best Gilmore Girl life. It's a vibe!
As with my pumpkin spiced espresso martini, this is another super easy recipe using coffee creamer. It only makes sense to use coffee creamer in an espresso based drink, right? I could see this drink being a perfect fall brunch idea too!
Let's get our espresso martini on...
Maple Glazed Espresso Martini š©ā
- 1 & 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz espresso
- 1 oz Maple Glazed Donut Coffee Creamer (of course I used Chobani)
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- 1 Entenmann Glazed Donut Hole for garnish
Method:
Start by chilling your martini or coupe glass in the freezer so it can be chilled by the time you are ready to use it. In a cocktail shaker, add your vodka, kahlua, espresso, coffee creamer and maple syrup. Froth your liquid using a hand frother (linked on blog) and once good and frother, add ice and shake! Grab your chilled coupe glass and pour out your maple goodness liquid into the glass (using a strainer which I forgot to do š). #garnish with a glazed donut hole and get ready for an explosion of fall flavors. Best enjoyed sipping while wearing tall socks, a flannel top and admiring the changing colors on the leaves.
Happy Fall Vibes!
