Pineapple Cucumber Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Tequila: The base of any good margarita.

  • 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur: Adds a citrusy sweetness.

  • 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice: Infuses a tropical flavor.

  • 1 oz Cucumber Juice: Provides a refreshing twist.

  • 1/4 oz Jalapeno Simple Syrup: Brings the spice.

  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice: For that zingy kick.

  • Tajin: To rim the glass for an extra burst of flavor.

  • Cilantro: Used for shaking and as a garnish.

  • Dehydrated Pineapple: For a beautiful garnish.

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Shaker: In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, cucumber juice, lime juice, jalapeno simple syrup, and cilantro.

  2. Shake It Up: Add ice to the shaker and give it a good shake to mix all the flavors together.

  3. Rim the Glass: Take a medium-sized glass and trace the rim with a lime slice. Dip the rim into tajin for that extra flavor and visual appeal.

  4. Strain and Serve: Add ice to your glass and double strain the cocktail into it to remove any solids.

  5. Garnish: Finish by garnishing with a sprig of cilantro and a slice of dehydrated pineapple.

And there you have it! A Pineapple Cucumber Margarita that not only looks stunning but also tastes absolutely divine. It's a cocktail that promises to refresh and invigorate your Cinco de Mayo celebrations. Cheers to good times and great flavors!
