In honor of the 21st of September, I would be remiss not to take the opportunity to use my favorite Earth Wind and Fire songs and pair it with one of my favorite cocktails (The Espresso Martini). Since tomorrow is the first day of fall, let's do a Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini!
This variation of the espresso martini is SO easy! You literally just take the regular ingredients of the cocktail and instead of the baileys, switch it out with pumpkin spiced coffee creamer....
Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini 🍂 - 1 1/2 oz Vodka - 1 oz Kahlua - 1 oz Espresso - 1/2 oz Pumpkin Spiced Coffee Cream - 1/2 oz simple syrup (optional if you like your espresso martinis a little sweeter. I like mine strong so I omitted it) - Pumpkin Pie Spice Method: Add all your liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Using a frother, give it a good froth before adding ice and shaking. After your mixture has a good shake with the ice, pour out into a frosted martini or coupe glass. Top with pumpkin pie spice using a sifter. Best enjoyed while listening to Earth Wind and Fire while taking in the crisp September air!
