Spooky Sips: Ghostface Gimlet

As Halloween approaches, it's time to get into the spooky spirit with some themed cocktails. Today, we're diving into the world of slasher films with a Ghostface Gimlet, a drink inspired by the iconic horror movie that kept us all on edge. Is this the reason why millennials are hesitant to answer unknown phone calls? Let's find out with this chilling concoction.

Ghostface Gimlet
Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1/2 oz Red wine
Dehydrated blood orange wheel
White chocolate mold of Ghostface (use an edible black pen for detailing)
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Add ice and shake well.
Double strain into a coupe glass.
Using the back of a bar spoon, slowly pour the red wine so it layers on top of the drink.
Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel.
Top with a Ghostface chocolate mold for a spooky finishing touch. (mold link below)
