Well, guess what? It's never too cold for Spritz o'clock! This Valentine's, let's honor the season of "passion" by preparing a cocktail with passion fruit juice. The delicious and light taste of passion fruit, combined with its perfect amount of sweetness, sort of reminds me of lychee. So, without further ado, let's get to spritzin'....
Spritz of Passion
Here's what you'll need:
2 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Juice
3 oz Prosecco
Soda Water
Heart Shaped Strawberry for garnish
Half slice of Passion Fruit for garnish
Directions:
Choosing a glass of your preference, start by adding in your passion fruit juice, followed by prosecco. Give it a good stir. Next, add in your ice and top with soda water. Give it one more stir before you sip. Now comes the fun part - the garnishing! We're sort of going to resemble XO! I cut a heart out of a strawberry for the X and half a slice of passion fruit for the O. This delightful Spritz of Passion is best enjoyed with a nice Valentine's day charcuterie board. So, get ready to impress your date with this refreshing and romantic cocktail.
