Valentine's Day is the perfect time to spice things up, and what better way than with a romantic cocktail? Inspired by the classic Bee's Knees, we've added a Valentine's twist to create "The Birds and the Bees" cocktail. With a hint of spice and a splash of color, this drink is sure to impress that special someone.

Ingredients:
2 oz Rose Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Hot Honey Syrup (mikes hot honey for a spicy kick or you can make your own, see recipe below)
1 oz Hibiscus Tea (optional, for extra flavor and a lovely red hue)
Gummy Heart (for garnish)
Lavender Sprig (for garnish)
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine rose gin, lemon juice, hot honey syrup, and hibiscus tea.
Add ice and shake well.
Strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with a gummy heart and a lavender sprig for a charming finish.
Hot Honey Syrup:
-1/4 cup hot honey
-1/4 cup water
-4 thin slices of a hot pepper (I used a Jalapeño)
Directions:
In a pan or pot, stir honey, water and jalapeno over low heat until the honey is thinned out. Remove from heat and let sit for 20 mins. Strain before use and store in closed container in the fridge. Should last about 2 weeks.
This cocktail is best enjoyed while sipping with your Valentine. Its delightful blend of flavors and romantic presentation make it the perfect companion for an intimate evening.
