Enter "The Hail Mary," a delightful fusion of a Bloody Mary and a Michelada—perfect for those game-day brunches.


The Hail Mary Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Homemade Bloody Mary Mix (see detailed recipe below)

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka

  • Light Beer (Corona Light is a personal favorite)

  • Garnishes:

    • Celery

    • Bacon

    • Blue Cheese Olives

    • Pickle

    • Fresh Dill

    • Dehydrated Lemon Juice

Directions:

  1. Blend: Start by combining your Bloody Mary Mix ingredients with vodka in a blender for a quick mix.

  2. Prepare Glass: Fill a Collins glass with fresh ice.

  3. Pour: Fill the glass about 75% with the Bloody Mary and vodka mixture.

  4. Top & Stir: Add light beer to the mix and stir well.

  5. Garnish: Get creative with garnishes! Pile them high and enjoy the aesthetic and flavor they add to your drink.


Homemade Bloody Mary Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tomato juice

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka

  • Pinch of celery salt

  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

  • 5-6 dashes hot sauce (or more for extra spice)

  • 2 oz pickle juice

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon horseradish

  • Pinch of pepper

  • Pinch of garlic powder

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend briefly. Adjust seasoning to taste, especially if you like it spicier!
