A cocktail that is long weekend approved?! And (what I think) should be the drink of the summer....
The Hugo Spritz!
- 1 oz Elderflower cordial (I used Belvoir Lemonades & Cordials
- 4 ounces prosecco
- soda water
- mint and lime for garnish
Add your elderflower into your glass first. Layer with your prosecco, mix in ice. Top with a splash of bubbly water and garnish with fresh mint and a lime! This is best enjoyed outside on a sunny afternoon!
