Introducing "The Tipsy Bunny" – a delightful concoction that combines the earthy sweetness of carrot juice with the zesty punch of lemon and ginger. It's the perfect accompaniment for your Easter brunch festivities!

The Tipsy Bunny
Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka: The base spirit that gives this cocktail its kick.
1 oz Lemon Juice: Adds a citrusy freshness that brightens the drink.
1/2 oz Ginger Simple Syrup: Provides a subtle spiciness that complements the carrot juice.
1 1/2 oz - 2 oz Carrot Juice: The star of the show, offering a unique, slightly sweet flavor.
Tonic Water: Adds a bit of fizz to lift the flavors.
Celery Salt: For rimming the glass, enhancing the savory aspect of the drink.
Garnishes: A celery stalk and a dehydrated lemon wheel for a festive touch.
Directions:
Prep the Glass: Start by rubbing the rim of a tall glass with the inside of a lemon. Dip the rim into a plate of celery salt to coat it.
Mix the Drink: In the prepared glass, combine vodka, lemon juice, ginger simple syrup, and carrot juice. Stir the mixture well to ensure all the flavors meld together.
Add Ice and Top with Tonic: Fill the glass with ice until it's almost full. Top off with tonic water and give it another good stir.
Garnish and Serve: Add a celery stalk and a dehydrated lemon wheel as garnishes.
Ginger Simple Syrup:
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
Combine 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup granulated sugar and grated ginger in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until fully combined and the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from the heat. Let sit for 30 mins to an hour at the minimum. Using a mesh strainer, strain out any ginger pieces. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
