Football season is here, and in our house, that means it's Steelers Sunday! We all know that Sundays are for football and snacks, but why not take it up a notch with a drink that matches the excitement of the game? Introducing the Renegade Red Hot, a super easy and spicy drink to pair with your game day festivities.

Renegade Red Hot Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of your favorite light beer (Corona Light is a great choice)

  • Frank's Red Hot Sauce (10-13 drops, adjust to taste)

  • 1 oz Tequila

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • Tajin & Agave for rim

  • Lime wedge for garnish

Directions:

  1. Prepare Your Beer: Grab your chilled beer bottle, pop off the top, and pour out about 2 oz worth of beer.

  2. Mix It Up: Using a small funnel, add in your tequila, lime juice, and drops of Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Start with fewer drops if you prefer less spice; you can always add more to taste.

  3. Stir and Adjust: Give it a gentle stir. If you have room left in the bottle, pour back some of the beer you initially poured out.

  4. Rim the Bottle: Rim the neck of the bottle with agave and sprinkle on Tajin seasoning for an extra kick.

  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a lime wedge and get ready to sip and cheer your team on!

Go team! 🏈

Enjoy this flavorful blend of beer and spice as you cheer on your favorite team. Whether you're a Steelers fan or rooting for another team, the Renegade Red Hot is sure to bring some extra heat to your game day experience. Cheers to football and fun times!
