Zero Proof Margarita

Mocktail Monday!

Mondays are rough, so let's make them a little bit brighter with a sweet and spicy treat! We love Mike's Hot Honey in this household, it is a staple for us when making pizza but let's try it in a zero alcohol Margarita! 🌶️

Hot Honey Margarita

- 2 ounces zero proof tequila (I love @ritualzeroproof )

- 1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice

- 1/2 ounce of @mikeshothoney )

- lime wheel for garnish and wedge for rim

- @tajinusa season for spicy rim

- lemon lime seltzer water

Add zero proof tequila, lime juice and hot honey to a shaker. Give it a good shake over ice. (The honey will need an extra good shake so it spreads easily and is not lumpy). Use your lime wedge to saturate the rim where you plan on adding your tajin seasoning and then dip that spot into a plate of tajin. Add ice to your rocks glass, pour out your n/a margarita goodness into the glass and top with lemon lime seltzer water! Garnish with a lime wheel and get to sippin'! Best enjoyed after a long work day!
